PROCESS IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
Find the friction. Analyse the data. Design the process. Build a focused MVP. Show how the change should be delivered.
UK employers need more than a list of tools and qualifications. They need to see how you understand a problem, work with stakeholders, make decisions, manage risk and turn analysis into action.
“I can do the job” becomes far more believable when you can say, “Here is the problem. Here is how I approached it. Here is the proof.”
Your team agrees one approach, then every participant builds a focused MVP from the shared requirements. The team selects one to present. You keep your own build, role-specific artefacts and an honest record of your contribution.
A polished account of the client problem, your team’s approach, the decisions you influenced, the recommendation and how success should be measured.
Attendance alone does not qualify. Submit your MVP or build evidence, role-specific artefacts and individual contribution for review. Your certificate includes a verification link for employers and your network.
