This is not a generic classroom exercise.
You will work from an anonymised client brief based on a real Jobilee operational challenge. The business context is real. The stakeholders, constraints and measures of success are part of the work.
You can describe it honestly as a client-backed UK-market project sprint. It is not employment or an internship.

Who is this sprint for?
It is for Project Managers, Business Analysts, internationally trained professionals, career changers and people returning to either field. You should already understand the basics of your chosen role. We give you the structure to apply them.
Do I need UK experience?
No. The sprint is designed to help you turn the experience and judgement you already have into evidence a UK employer can understand.
Is this real work experience?
You will complete a client-backed project based on a genuine Jobilee process-improvement challenge for the UK market. You may describe it honestly as a client-backed project sprint. It is not employment, an internship or a claim of having worked for a UK company.
Do I work as a Project Manager and a Business Analyst?
No. You choose one role lane. Everyone solves the same business problem, but your artefacts and final case study reflect the role you want to be hired for.
How much time should I set aside?
Plan for 45 to 60 minutes a day, plus the live kickoff and final Saturday session. The project is focused enough to complete alongside work and family commitments.
Do I need to know how to code or use AI already?
No coding is required. We show you how to use accessible AI tools to investigate, organise, challenge and improve your work while keeping human judgement in control.
How do I earn the certificate?
The certificate is earned by submitting the required case study and role-specific artefacts. Attendance alone does not qualify. Your certificate has a verification link you can share.
When does the next sprint run?
It runs from Saturday to Saturday. Join the sprint list and we will email the confirmed dates, live-session times and client brief before the sprint begins.
Is there a programme pitch?
At the end, we explain how Jobilee’s full 12-week programmes help people build deeper capability, more project evidence and UK job readiness. Joining the sprint does not obligate you to enrol.
