THE PROBLEM IS NOT ALWAYS YOUR ABILITY

Your CV says what you know. Your portfolio should show how you work.

UK employers need more than a list of tools and qualifications. They need to see how you understand a problem, work with stakeholders, make decisions, manage risk and turn analysis into action.

“I can do the job” becomes far more believable when you can say, “Here is the problem. Here is how I approached it. Here is the proof.”
THE FINISH LINE

Build one case study properly.

Your team agrees one approach, then every participant builds a focused MVP from the shared requirements. The team selects one to present. You keep your own build, role-specific artefacts and an honest record of your contribution.

01

Your project case study

A polished account of the client problem, your team’s approach, the decisions you influenced, the recommendation and how success should be measured.

Attendance alone does not qualify. Submit your MVP or build evidence, role-specific artefacts and individual contribution for review. Your certificate includes a verification link for employers and your network.

A GENUINE JOBILEE CHALLENGE

This is not a generic classroom exercise.

You will work from an anonymised client brief based on a real Jobilee operational challenge. The business context is real. The stakeholders, constraints and measures of success are part of the work.

You can describe it honestly as a client-backed UK-market project sprint. It is not employment or an internship.

How might Jobilee improve learner onboarding so that people complete every required step, receive the right information at the right time and need fewer support interventions?

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED STRAIGHT

Know what you are joining.

This is practical project work. The value comes from completing it, not simply registering.

Who is this sprint for?

It is for Project Managers, Business Analysts and SOC Analysts, internationally trained professionals, career changers and people returning to these fields. Some foundation in your chosen role will help because the work moves quickly, but you do not need UK experience.

Do I need UK experience?

No. The sprint is designed to help you turn the experience and judgement you already have into evidence a UK employer can understand.

Is this real work experience?

You will complete a client-backed project based on a genuine Jobilee process-improvement challenge for the UK market. You may describe it honestly as a client-backed project sprint. It is not employment, an internship or a claim of having worked for a UK company.

Do I work in all three roles?

No. You choose one role lane and join a cross-functional team. Everyone solves the same business problem, but your artefacts and individual contribution reflect the role you want to be hired for.

Will I work alone?

No. Your team agrees the problem, requirements and evidence together. Every participant then builds a focused MVP from that shared work, and the team selects one MVP for the live presentation. You keep your own build and submit an individual contribution statement so you can describe your work honestly.

How much time should I set aside?

Plan for at least one focused hour on each working day, plus your team’s live demo slot at the weekend. Your team may agree additional working time. Session times are sent after registration.

Do I need to know how to code or use AI already?

No coding experience is required. We show you how to use accessible AI and no-code tools to investigate, organise, challenge and build while keeping human judgement in control.

How do I earn the certificate?

The certificate is earned by submitting your MVP or build evidence, your role-specific evidence and an individual contribution statement. Attendance alone does not qualify. Your certificate has a verification link you can share.

When does the next sprint run?

The next sprint runs online from Monday 21 September to Sunday, 27 September 2026. We send the live-session times and preparation guide after registration.

Is there a programme pitch?

At the end, we explain how Jobilee’s full 12-week programmes help people build deeper capability, more project evidence and UK job readiness. Joining the sprint does not obligate you to enrol.
