PROCESS IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
Find the friction. Map the process. Recommend a better way. Show how the change should be delivered.
UK employers need more than a list of tools and qualifications. They need to see how you understand a problem, work with stakeholders, make decisions, manage risk and turn analysis into action.
“I can do the job” becomes far more believable when you can say, “Here is the problem. Here is how I approached it. Here is the proof.”
Not seven half-finished documents. You will create one clear, interview-ready story supported by the artefacts employers expect from your chosen role.
A polished account of the client problem, your approach, the decisions you made, the recommendation and how success should be measured.
You will work from an anonymised client brief based on a real Jobilee operational challenge. The business context is real. The stakeholders, constraints and measures of success are part of the work.
You can describe it honestly as a client-backed UK-market project sprint. It is not employment or an internship.
How might Jobilee improve learner onboarding so that people complete every required step, receive the right information at the right time and need fewer support interventions?
Everyone works on the same client problem. Your thinking, artefacts and final presentation follow either the Project Manager or Business Analyst lane.
Each day moves one piece of the project forward. Guided templates keep the work manageable alongside your job, family and other commitments.
Join the live kickoff, understand the business problem, choose your role and see what a strong final submission looks like.
Investigate the current process, identify the people involved and separate assumptions from evidence.
Map the pain points, find root causes and join the live project clinic to test your thinking.
Create your role-specific artefacts, future-state solution and clear implementation recommendation.
Submit your case study, practise your project walkthrough and receive your completion scorecard.

No. The sprint is designed to help you turn the experience and judgement you already have into evidence a UK employer can understand.
