Last updated: 10 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how JOB-ILEE GLOBAL SERVICES LTD, trading as Jobilee ("Jobilee", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, shares, stores and protects personal information when you visit jobileehq.com, register an interest, make a payment, create an account or participate in a Jobilee programme.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Jobilee, we may collect:
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, country and time zone.
- Account details: login information, profile details and authentication records.
- Enrolment details: selected programme, cohort, payment plan and access status.
- Payment records: amount, currency, provider reference, payment method type and status. We do not receive or store full card numbers, CVVs or card PINs.
- Learning activity: attendance, progress, submissions, feedback, survey responses and certificates.
- Support communications: messages, tickets and related correspondence.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referral source and platform events.
- Marketing preferences: consent, unsubscribe status and campaign engagement.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- register learners, process payments and provide programme access;
- deliver live sessions, learning activities, feedback, certificates and support;
- send account, payment, programme and service communications;
- respond to enquiries and manage refunds or disputes;
- protect accounts, prevent fraud and maintain platform security;
- measure and improve our website, programmes and communications;
- send marketing where permitted and honour opt-out requests; and
- meet accounting, regulatory and legal obligations.
3. Legal bases
We process information where it is necessary to perform a contract with you, comply with a legal obligation, pursue a legitimate business interest that does not override your rights, or act on your consent. You may withdraw consent for optional marketing at any time.
4. Payments
Online payments are processed by Flutterwave. We send Flutterwave the details required to open and verify a payment, such as your name, email address, phone number, amount, currency and transaction reference. Card details are entered directly into Flutterwave's secure checkout and are handled under Flutterwave's own privacy and security terms.
5. Service providers and sharing
We share only the information reasonably needed with providers that help us operate Jobilee:
- Flutterwave for payment processing, verification, refunds and payment disputes;
- hosting, database, email and security providers that run and protect the platform;
- Cloudflare for file storage, content delivery and security;
- Google if you choose Google sign-in or use a Google-hosted live session;
- AI service providers when you deliberately use an AI-assisted learning feature; and
- analytics and advertising providers when their tools are enabled on our website.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to investigate fraud or abuse, to protect people or the platform, or as part of a business reorganisation subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies for authentication, security and saved preferences. We also use first-party analytics to understand journeys through the website. Where configured, analytics and advertising tools from providers such as Google, Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn may receive browser, device, page-view and campaign information and may set their own cookies. You can use browser controls to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other platform functions.
7. AI-assisted features
If you use an AI-assisted feature, the prompt you submit and relevant conversation context may be sent to an AI provider to generate a response. Avoid entering passwords, payment details, health information or other sensitive personal data. We may store prompts and responses so you can continue the learning activity and so we can maintain safety and quality.
8. International transfers
Some providers process information outside the United Kingdom. Where data is transferred internationally, we use appropriate contractual, technical and organisational safeguards and limit each provider to the information needed for its service.
9. Retention
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected:
- account, learning and certificate records are kept while the account or credential remains active;
- payment and accounting records are normally kept for six years, or longer where law or an active dispute requires;
- support records are normally kept for two years after resolution;
- security logs are kept for a limited period appropriate to investigation and prevention; and
- marketing records are kept until you opt out or the campaign purpose expires.
We may retain a minimal suppression record after an unsubscribe so that we do not send marketing again by mistake.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, including, where applicable, the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent, and complain to a data-protection authority.
To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject "Data rights request". We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
11. Security
We use measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, password hashing, restricted administration, payment verification and backups. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we investigate suspected incidents and take reasonable steps to limit harm.
12. Children
Jobilee is not intended for children under 16. A learner aged 16 or 17 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information without appropriate permission.
13. Marketing
You can unsubscribe from marketing using the link in an email or by contacting us. We may still send service messages that are necessary for an account, payment or active enrolment.
14. Complaints
Please contact us first so we can investigate. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office where UK data-protection law applies to you, or the relevant data-protection authority where you live.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, providers or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will remain on this page. We will give reasonable notice of a material change where required.
