Over three hundred people registered for a week-long cross-functional project sprint, and we ran the whole thing on our own systems: registration, team formation, nightly live sessions, recordings published the next morning, submissions and certificates. It is the same machinery we would build for an organisation that needs to run something at that size.

I started Jobilee because I kept meeting people whose work was held up by something ordinary: a process nobody owned, a system that no longer fitted, a project with no clear next step.
