- Identify business problems and define what success looks like
- Work with stakeholders: identify, map, interview and manage them
- Elicit, document and prioritise requirements professionally
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria and use cases
- Map business processes, as-is and to-be, using BPMN
- Work as a BA in Waterfall, Agile and hybrid delivery environments
- Use Jira, Confluence, Excel and basic SQL in BA work
- Build wireframes and support testing through UAT
- Apply AI tools across the BA lifecycle to work faster and better
- Complete a portfolio-ready capstone based on a real business case
- Prepare for UK Business Analyst interviews
