Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 4 September 2026
Last updated: 10 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of jobileehq.com and your purchase of, enrolment in, or participation in a Jobilee programme. Jobilee is operated by JOB-ILEE GLOBAL SERVICES LTD("Jobilee", "we", "us", or "our").
By using the website, creating an account, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform or purchase a programme.
1. Our programmes
Jobilee provides live, cohort-based career-transition programmes, short learning experiences, digital learning materials, live sessions, practical assignments, feedback and related support. The programme page and checkout show the applicable description, price, start date, payment plan and access period before you pay.
Live-session dates, facilitators and learning activities may change where reasonably necessary. We will communicate material changes using the email address linked to your enrolment.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old. If you are 16 or 17, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has consented to your use of the platform and purchase. You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3. Enrolment and delivery
An enrolment is confirmed after we receive a successful payment confirmation from our payment provider, or after we approve a free or manually arranged enrolment. We send confirmation and account-access instructions to the email supplied at checkout. Digital access normally begins immediately after successful payment, while live teaching begins on the date shown for the selected programme.
You are responsible for providing a working email address, internet access and a compatible device. Contact support if an expected confirmation or access email does not arrive.
4. Prices and payments
Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless checkout clearly states otherwise. The total amount and any amount due immediately are shown before you authorise payment. Online payments are processed by Flutterwave. Card details are entered in Flutterwave's secure checkout and are not stored by Jobilee.
A payment is complete only when Flutterwave confirms it as successful. If a payment is declined, cancelled or remains incomplete, no paid access is granted and you may try another supported payment method or contact us for help.
5. Instalment plans
If you choose an instalment plan, the checkout states the total agreed price, the amount due immediately and the later instalments. You agree to pay each instalment by its due date. We may suspend programme access while an instalment is overdue. Suspension does not remove the unpaid balance unless we agree otherwise in writing.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You may request a refund within the first 14 days after your programme starts, provided that a completion certificate has not been issued. Approved refunds are returned less a 10% administrative fee. After the 14-day period, or once a completion certificate has been issued, a refund is no longer available except where applicable law requires otherwise.
For an instalment plan, only amounts already paid are considered for a refund and the 10% administrative fee still applies. To request a cancellation or refund, email [email protected] with your enrolled email address, programme name and transaction reference. We respond within 3 working days and normally process an approved refund within 10 working days to the original payment method where possible. Our full Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- share your account or programme materials with another person;
- copy, resell or distribute Jobilee materials without written permission;
- submit unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent or malicious content;
- interfere with the platform, its security or another participant's access; or
- present another person's work as your own.
We may remove content or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect learners, staff, the platform or the integrity of a programme.
8. Your work and our materials
You keep ownership of original work you create. You give us a limited licence to store, display and review that work to deliver the programme. We will obtain permission before using identifiable learner work in public marketing.
Jobilee and its licensors retain all rights in programme materials, templates, recordings, branding, software and other platform content. Your enrolment gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use those materials for your own learning.
9. Certificates and outcomes
A certificate may be issued when the published completion requirements are met. It records participation or completion of a Jobilee programme and is not an academic degree, regulated qualification or promise of employment. We may revoke a certificate obtained through fraud or serious academic dishonesty.
We support learners to build practical skills and evidence, but we do not guarantee a job, promotion, salary, visa outcome or any other specific career result.
10. AI features
Some learning activities may include AI-assisted tools. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and must be reviewed by you. Do not enter passwords, payment details, health data or other sensitive information into an AI prompt. AI output is not professional legal, medical or financial advice.
11. Availability and changes
We take reasonable steps to keep the platform available and secure, but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages, security events or circumstances outside our control may cause temporary disruption. We will take reasonable steps to restore service and communicate material disruption.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Jobilee is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Our total liability relating to a paid programme will not exceed the amount you paid for that programme.
Any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence remain unaffected.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and retain personal information, including information required to process payments and provide programme access.
14. Complaints and support
Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. We aim to acknowledge support enquiries within one working day.
15. Applicable law and consumer rights
These Terms and Conditions do not limit the mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live, including those applicable to UK consumers. Nothing in these terms restricts your right to bring a claim in a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our services, providers or legal obligations. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page. We will give reasonable notice of a material change that affects an existing paid enrolment.
